4. Character Resemblance
Animated characters are artistic interpretations based on reference photos. Exact facial resemblance is not guaranteed.
5. Creative Approval
Song lyrics will be shared for approval. Major changes after approval may involve additional charges and production time.
6. Family Scenes
The standard package includes 1–2 family scenes.
7. YouTube Publishing
The completed video will be published exclusively on the official Tiny Smiles And Learn YouTube channel. Customers are not permitted to upload or re-upload it to their own YouTube channels.
8. Social Media Sharing
Customers may share and upload their completed videos on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other permitted social media platforms, excluding YouTube.
9. Copyright
All creative rights to the original song, music, artwork, animation and completed video remain with Tiny Smiles And Learn & Akshay Ugalmogale.
10. Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable once production has started, subject to applicable consumer laws.
11. Parental Consent
A parent or legal guardian must authorize the use of the child's photos and the publication of the completed animated video.
